–>>maybe he was being cool..and letting a bonehead pot smoker off the hook…
but the he had the audacity to bake it up in some brownie mix with his non smoking wife.
OUTCOME
Tripping cop asking a 911 dispatcher what the Red Wings Score was to verify that he in fact was hallucinating ….not dreaming.
He gets my award for funniest stupid cop trick.
